NAMETAG
Each participant will receive a nametag that will have to be worn all the time and shown to access the Congress areas.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
All participants can request a Certificate of attendance at the Secretariat Desk at the end of the works.
TRADE EXHIBITION
A trade Exhibition will be set up within the Congress. For further details, please apply to the Organizing Secretariat.
WORKING LANGUAGES
The official languages of the congress are Italian, French and English.
Simultaneous translation from and into these languages will be provided for the plenary sessions and for the Course by Dr. Sugawara.
SIDO Courses for Assistants and Hygienists will be in Italian, and no simultaneous translation is provided.
SFODF Courses for Assistants will be in French and no simultaneous translation is provided.

SOCIAL PROGRAM
GALA DINNER
A Gala Dinner is planned on Saturday May 10th at the Westin Excelsior Hotel.
The cost of the dinner is € 66 per person (VAT included).
Please reserve your dinner upon registration.
GET TOGETHER PARTY (FREE)
A Get Together Party has been organized to celebrate the opening of the Exhibition Area, and will be held on Thursday 8th May at 7 pm at the Palazzo del Casinò. The Party is included in the Registration Fee.
FAREWELL COCKTAIL (FREE)
A Farewell Cocktail has been organized to close the Congress, and will be held on Sunday 11th May at 1 pm in the Palazzo del Casinò. The Cocktail is included in the Registration Fee.
LUNCH
Lunches will be served within the Trade Exhibition Area and will be organized to serve traditional Italian regional specialties. Lunches are included in the Registration Fee.
REGISTRATION
It is possible to register on-line through this site or through the attached registration form to be sent via fax to the Organizing Secretariat (+39 010 5999.499). Each registration form sent via fax is subject to the payment of an additional charge of 15.00 Euros.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Access to the congress areas and to catering services is reserved only to the registered accompanying persons regularly wearing a nametag, that needs to be worn all the time and shown when entering the areas.
NAME CHANGES
A charge of 50 Euros (including VAT) will be applied for each name change received after April 8th 2008. In order to obtain a name change, a new registration form needs to be produced, together with the written authorization on the original delegate registered.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All cancellations received within March 8th 2008 will be refunded less 50% for administrative costs.
Cancellations received after that date, will not be refunded.
All refunds will be made after the Congress.
PAYMENT
Registrations will have to be paid upon confirmation.

HOW TO REACH THE VENEZIA LIDO:
By train:
station of Venezia Santa Lucia. Just outside the station take the ferry (vaporetto) n. 52 for Venezia Lido. Departure every 10-15 minutes. Transfer time about 40 minutes. Once in Venezia Lido, take a bus (line “V”) or a taxi to the Palazzo del Cinema (transfer time: 5 minutes)
By car:
You can park and leave your car at the large car park of Tronchetto, just before the entrance to Venice or in the car parks in Piazzale Roma. Tronchetto is connected to Venezia Lido by Ferry n. 82. To check timetables and the exchanges, please go to the web site of the Venice Public Transportation Company: www.actv.it
From Piazzale Roma it is possible to take ferries n. 1, 51 or 61. Transfer time: about 50 minutes.
It is also possible to take one’s car to Venezia Lido; Lagunari Lines , ferry n. 17 from Tronchetto. For further information make reference to the web site www.hellovenezia.com
By air:
outside the Venice Airport (5 minutes walk) there is the ferry stop.
Look for AliLaguna Ferries for Lido (Red or Blue lines). Departures every 30 minutes from 8 am. Transfer time: about 50 minutes. Once at Venezia Lido, bus Line “V” or taxi. It is also possible to hire a private taxi boat from the airport.
